结合笔者在铜电解液净化除铁方面的研究工作,综述了几种湿法除铁方法。分析了黄钾铁矾法、针铁矿法、氢氧化铁沉淀法的除铁机理,并讨论了各方法在铜电解液除铁工艺中的条件及效果。单独采用湿法除铁工序处理复杂铜资源难以达到电解液含铁标准,为了实现复杂铜资源的综合利用和其中铁的有效脱除,提出火法氧化造渣一湿沉淀联合两段除铁法。
Combined with the research work about the iron purification in copper electrolyte done by the wri- ters, the representative hydrometallurgical process for iron removal are reviewed. The iron purification mechanisms of jarosite, goethite and ferric hydroxide method are analyzed, and the iron purification results of these methods are dis- cussed. The iron contents standard in the electrolyte is difficult to be obtained using the hydrometallurgical process for iron removal separately to treat complicated copper resources. To realize the comprehensive utilization of the compli- cated copper resources, the pyro oxidation-hydro deposition combined process is put forward to remove iron.
