伴随超高层和超大跨工程的日益增多,钢结构厚板的使用越来越广泛,厚度的增大导致钢板脆性断裂倾向提高,因此有必要针对厚板的脆性断裂做相关的基础理论研究。本文针对含缺口受拉厚板(60—150mm厚)缺口尖端的塑性应力场进行了有限元和理论分析,特别是对钢厚板的脆性破坏倾向性作了较深入的探讨。结果表明,厚板具有更明显的脆性破坏倾向。
With the number of super high-rise buildings and super length structures increasing largely, thick plate of steel structure is used more and more widely. The thickness increasing eauses the brittle damage tendency increasing, so it is necessary to do some basic theoretical research about the brittle fracture of thick plate. This paper makes FEA and theoretical analysis on plastic stress field of the crack tip of 60 - 150 mm thick plate in tension, and especially discusses the brittle damage tendency deeply. The results show that thick plate has a more obvious tendeney of brittle damage.
