依据钢轨钢材系列低温冲击试验和断裂韧性试验的结果,参照目前已有的钢材冲击韧性与断裂韧性之间的关系,对钢轨钢材冲击功Ak与其断裂韧度K1c之间的关系进行回归分析,得到了Ak与K1c之间的关系式。根据弹塑性断裂力学理论,推导出了钢轨钢材冲击功Ak与裂纹尖端张开位移CTOD临界值δc和J积分临界值J1c之间的关系式,为通过简单经济的冲击试验来预测钢轨钢材的断裂韧性提供了一种方法。
According to the serial impact tests and fracture tests of rail steel in low temperature as well as the existing results on the relationship between impact toughness and fracture toughness, formulas describing the relationship between impact work AK and fracture toughness K1ccwas put forward. Thus the other two fracture toughness of critical crack tip opening displacement δc and critical J integration Jic can be calculated upon the theories of fracture mechanics. It provides a method to predict the fracture toughness of rail steel from its impact toughness which can be easily obtained.
