目的：考评中医肝病临床疗效评价量表的信度和效度,使其能够在临床和科研中应用。方法：在广东省广州、深圳、中山、番禺、东莞5个地区选择慢性肝病和健康人各250例进行调查,并计算该量表的信度、结构效度、区分效度等。结果：492份问卷进入结果分析,量表大部分方面及领域的克朗巴赫α系数大于0.7,大部分条目与领域的相关性较强,量表模型的拟合优度指数（CFI）大于0.9。不同组别的量表得分采用成组t检验统计分析,结果提示症状量表具有区分健康人与病人的能力。结论：中医肝病临床疗效评价量表是一份用于测定和评价肝病临床疗效的量表,具有较好的信度和效度。

英文摘要：

Objective： To examine the reliability and validity of the scale of assessing curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） for liver disease,so as to apply it in the clinical and scientific research. Methods： 250 cases of chronic liver disease and 250 cases of healthy people from different area of Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Zhongshan,Panyu and Dongguan areas in Guangdong province were selected to investigate. To calculate the retest reliability,split-half reliability,internal consistency reliability,correlation dimension,multiple linear regression,construct validity,criterion validity and discriminate validity of the scale. Results Totally 492 questionnaires were involved in the analysis of results. In addition to the field of subjective scale liver storing blood,and other aspects and the field of crowns Bach alpha coefficient is greater than 0. 7. About correlation dimension,in addition to the bloody of liver storing blood areas,other items have strong correlation with the fields. In addition to abdominal lumps in the signs scale,other items also have strong correlation with their fields. Both the comparative fitness index（ CFI） of the subjective scale model and objective scale model were above0. 9. There are good correlations among domains. About discriminate validity,we use T-test to examine the difference of each item,scale score and total score between patients and normal people. The symptom scale score has the ability to distinguish between healthy people and patients. Conclusion： The scale of assessing curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） for liver disease is reliable,valid and sensitive. It can be used to estimate the curative effect of TCM for patients with liver disease,and can be applied to the clinical and scientific research.
