加热时皮肤温度变化沿任脉线的扩散速度

目的探讨加热任脉线上穴位时皮肤温度沿任脉线的扩散速度。方法对任脉的穴位进行加热,诱发出循经红外辐射轨迹,用Thermo Tracer TH 9100型红外热像仪记录,计算加热时皮肤温度变化沿经扩散的速度。结果加热神阙穴时,皮肤温度沿任脉线扩散的速度最高17 cm/min,最低0.78 cm/min,平均扩散速度4.31 cm/min;对不同性别加热时,皮肤温度变化沿经扩散的速度进行比较,女性的扩散速度慢于男性。结论加热时皮肤温度沿经变化具有一定的个体差异,差异无统计学意义。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the diffusion rate of skin temperature along Ren meridian during local heating the points of Ren meridian.Methods The infrared radiant track along Ren meridian was elicited by heating the points of Ren meridian,and recorded by an apparatus manufactured by NEC san-ei instruments Ltd(Thermo Tracer TH 9100).The diffusion rate of skin temperature along Ren meridian during local heating Shenque was calculated.Results During local heating Shenque,the maximum diffusion rate of skin temperature along Ren meridian was 17 cm/min,the minimum diffusion rate was 0.78 cm/min,and the average speed was 4.31 cm/min.When different gender were compared,the diffusion rate of female was slower than that of male.Conclusion The changes of skin temperature along Ren meridian during local heating have some individual differences,but the differences are not statistically significant.
