针对一种机构和其与线性弹簧并联后的装置,分析了它们的荷载和刚度等静力特性以及用该装置组成的准零刚度隔振系统的阻尼、隔振传递率和响应均方值等动力特性。仿真结果表明,这种具有负刚度特性的机构与线性弹簧并联,当满足一定条件时可以成为准零刚度隔振系统。与其常规隔振系统相比,它的相对阻尼比高,有利于降低共振峰值;其隔振传递率峰值和隔振有效区域分别明显较低和较宽;当用于隔离随机振动时,它宜隔运动不宜隔力。
A mechanism with negative stiffness feature and its application used in parallel with a linear spring were presented. The apparatus' static characteristics of load and rigidity were analyzed. Built with the apparatus, a quasi-zero-stiffness vibration isolation system's dynamic characteristic of damping per- formance, vibration transmissibility and response mean square root value were studied. Simulation results show the feasibility of a parallel connection between the mechanism with negative stiffness feature and a linear spring to be such a system. Compared with its conventional system, higher relative damping ratio was achieved, significantly lower resonance and vibration isolation transmissibility peak values and wider effective area were obtained. The system is better used to isolation force movement than isolate random vibration.
