采用二次组装法制备了来曲唑-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)纳米杂化物,并用XRD、FT-IR和TEM进行了表征,其载药量为10.1%。分别在pH4.8和7.2的介质中研究药物释放动力学表明,所制备的来曲唑-SDS-LDHs纳米杂化物具有明显的缓释效果,是具有发展潜力的新型药物控释体系。在pH=7.2的缓冲溶液中其释放速率明显低于pH=4.8的缓冲溶液,释放动力学过程符合准二级动力学方程。
Letrozole-SDS-LDHs nanohybrids were prepared using an assemblage method,and were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TEM.The loaded letrozole in the nanohybrids was up to 10.1% in weight.The release kinetics of letrozole from the nanohybrids at pH 4.8 and 7.2 buffer solutions was investigated.The in vitro drug release from the nanohybrids was remarkably lower than that from the corresponding physical mixture.The release rate of letrozole from the nanohybrids at pH 7.2 buffer solution is remarkably lower than that at pH 4.8 buffer solution,and the release processes may fit to the pseudo-second-order release kinetics.Therefore,the nanohybrids could control the release of letrozole,and the drug-nanohybrids could be considered as a potential drug-delivery system.
