摘要:为了研究雉科4个族(鹑族Perdicini、雉族Phasianini、眼斑雉族Argusianin和孔雀族Pavocini)的系统发生,本研究分析了雉科4属7种鸟类线粒体DNAC01基因694bp序列,共发现210个变异位点,其中简约信息位点180个。4个族之间,眼斑雉族和孔雀族的遗传距离最小为0.145;眼斑雉族和雉族间的最大为0.192。4个族在系统发生树上聚成两个明显的分支,其中鹑族和雉族聚成一支,眼斑雉族和孔雀族聚成另一支。形态和分子的证据均表明眼斑雉族和孔雀族关系较近。
Abstract: To demonstrate the phylogenetic relationships of four tribes in Phasianidae (Perdicini, Phasianini, Argusianini and Pavocini), a total of 694 nucleotides of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) COI genes of 7 species from 4 genera were analyzed. There are 210 variable sites including 180 parsimony sites. The genetic distance ranged from 0.145 (Argusianin and Pavocini) to 0.192 (Argusianin and Phasianini) among the four tribes. Neighbor-joining method and Maximum parsimony method were used to construct molecular phylogenetic tree, which grouped the four tribes into two deeply divergent clades. Analysis of mtDNA COI genes strongly supported Perdicini and Phasianini in a clade, while Argusianini and Pavocini formed the other clade. Morphological and molecular data supported Argusianini and Pavocini were sibling tribes.
