民族社区教育是社区“人”生成的动力之源,其包括学校教育与本土教育两种表达式,对社区个体生命成长殊途同归。当下,以学校为载体的现代教育资源作为一种国家力量嵌入民族社区,其蕴含的“城市模式”思路在一定程度上破坏了社区教育生态,将曾经独立维系社区发展的本土教育资源排挤于主流视野之外。唯有基于民族社区教育自主之立场,学校教育与本土教育“联动共生”,方能促进社区人的价值持续提升。
In minority areas education is the origin of human development, including school education and native education. The present system of emphasis on school education and neglect of native education seems to follow the "city model", destroying the eco -system of education. It is argued that native or folk education and school education should be combined for the improvement of human value in minority communities.
