With development of our country marketization and turbanization, minority cultural heritage is facing intercept of unprece-dented, and modern school have become the frontier of minority culture inheritance. However, so far, the research and practice of school education and the minority culture inheritance showed ＂should be＂ and ＂be＂ isolated and inheritance practices have little effect. This is because of a long term of avoidance of basic problem. Therefore, it needs to explore the relationship between education and cultural ： Clarify the significance of the cultural diversity in human history ; The inheritance behavior subject should diversify ; Fun- damental elements of school education should be concerned.
