以壳聚糖膜为模板将磁性羟基磷灰石前驱体的壳聚糖醋酸溶液与NaOH凝固液隔离,OH^-向磁性羟基磷灰石前驱体的壳聚糖醋酸溶液内部的渗透引起pH值变化,导致质子化的壳聚糖在模板上沉积的同时无机物就地生成,原位复合制备出无机纳米颗粒分散均匀的磁性羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖(HA/CS)复合棒材.生成的超顺磁性四氧化三铁和羟基磷灰石颗粒大小均一(大约长30nm,宽20nm),在基质中分布均匀、没有出现明显的团聚现象.
The superparamagnetic hydroxyapatite/chitosan precursory solution was segregated from NaOH solution by using chitosan membrane as template. The pH value was changed tardily due to the penetration of OH^- into this precursory solution, which resulted in the aggradations of chitosan and inorganic particles at the same time. Thus, superparamagnetic hydroxyapatite/chitosan rods were prepared via in-situ compositing. X-ray diffraction was performed to determine the formations of magnetite and hydroxyapatite. Transmission electron microscope was carried out to investigate the magnetite and hydroxyapatite particles in the chitosan matrix. The results showed that the formation of superparamagnetic magnetite and hydroxyapatite with the maximum size under 30 nm (length about 30 nm, width about 20 nm). which were disoersed homogeneously in the chitosan matrix.
