通过对B2C模式下在线顾客的问卷调查,获得了在线顾客最为关注的四个偏好特征:风险、经济便利、关系与价值偏好。并且,通过比较在线与离线环境下顾客偏好特征的差异,研究发现,与原有对偏好的认识不同,消费偏好具有权变的性质。存在某些情景因素,影响着顾客偏好的稳定性。
Based on the questionnaire survey of online customers under B2B modes, the authors get four most important preferences characteristics of online customers, which are risk, economical convenience, relation and value preference. It is found that there exist some situational factors affecting the stability of customers' preference.
