外源酶类常用于生物学研究,探讨外源萝卜过氧化物酶对苗期心里美萝卜根、茎、叶中抗性酶的影响.实验结果表明外源过氧化物酶能提高萝卜幼苗苯丙氨酸解氨酶和过氧化氢酶活性,降低H2O2含量,这些作用具有组织差异;质膜L-型钙通道阻断剂硝苯吡啶在单独应用时,对植物的抗性酶也有较明显的影响,并改变外源过氧化物酶的作用效果.因此,外源过氧化物酶可以改变植物抗氧化能力,并有可能通过Ca^2+通路发挥作用.
Exogenous enzymes are commonly used in biological research. The results suggest the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and catalase are increased, hydrogen peroxide content is decreased. Nifedipine, as Lcalcium channel blocker, could block the action of exogenous peroxidase, Therefore, peroxidasc can change the antioxidant capacity of plants and take the action by L-calcium channel.
