为了研究过氧化物酶、过氧化氢、苯丙氨酸解氨酶和α-淀粉酶之间的关系以及这些酶与油菜生长的关系,对十字花科(Cruciferae)植物油菜不同器官(根、茎、花、叶)的过氧化物酶、α-淀粉酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性以及可溶性蛋白和过氧化氢含量进行测定;同时采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶活性电泳方法,对过氧化物酶及α-淀粉酶同工酶谱进行了分析.结果表明,不仅油菜不同器官的过氧化物酶、α-淀粉酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性、可溶性蛋白和过氧化氢含量存在着差异,而且其过氧化物酶和α-淀粉酶同工酶谱条带在不同器官之间也存在着差异.
To study the relation among peroxidase, hydrogen peroxide, phenylalanine ammonialyase and α-amylase and the connection of these enzymes and the growth and development of Brassica Campestrics L.. The activities of the peroxidase, α-amylase, phenylalanine ammonialyase and the content of protein and the hydrogen peroxide were studied in Cruciferae plant Brassica Campestrics L. s different organs (root, flower, stem, leaf). At the same time, peroxidases and α-amylase isoenzymes were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresls. The result indicated that there were the difference in the activities of peroxidase, α-amylase, phenylalanine deaminolyase and the hydrogen peroxide content in Brassica Campestrics L. 's different organ. Furthermore, there were some different bands in peroxidase and α-amylase isoenzymes among the different organs with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
