以马来松香丙烯酸甘油酯和口一甲基丙烯酸甲酯为功能单体,采用悬浮聚合法合成了马来松香丙烯酸甘油酯大孔吸附树脂,研究对芸香叶苷的静态吸附性能.结果表明在pH=7、温度303K下,对浓度1.0mg/mL芸香叶苷溶液的静态饱吸附量为10.6mg/g.马来松香丙烯酸甘油酯大孔吸附树脂对芸香叶苷的吸附速率符合二级动力学,吸附速率受液膜扩散影响,对芸香叶苷的吸附符合Langmuir方程.吸附热力学研究,表明该吸附过程为吸热,自发的过程.
The macroporous adsorption resin of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid was synthesized from glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid and methyl methacrylate as functional monomer by suspension polymerization method. The statical adsorption behavior of the the macroporous adsorption resin of glycerin maleated rosinate modified'acrylic acid for rutin hydrate was studied. The results showed that the maximum static saturated adsorption capacity reached 10.6mg/g when the optimum pH value was 7.0 and the optimum temperature was 303K, the concentration of rutin hydrate was 1.0mg/mL. The rates of adsorption followed the second order kinetics. And the adsorption processes were affected by film diffusion . The equilibrium for the adsorption of rutin hydrate solutions by the macroporous adsorption resin of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid could be fitted to Langmuir-type of isotherm equation. Thermodynamics showed that the adsorption of rutin hydrate onto Rosin-based macroporous adsorption resin was the endotherrr, ic process and occurs automatically.
