针对目前临床上对阳虚体质与阳虚证内涵理解出现偏差而致两者在选药用方方面混同不分的现状,文章先从阳虚体质与阳虚证的辨识内容、调治目的、主药配伍进行解析,继而从辨体用方、用药角度,介绍阳虚体质调体主药主方的筛选方法。对提高阳虚体质调体主药主方的精准性及防控相关疾病的有效性具有指导意义。

The misconception about yang deficiency constitution and yang deficiency syndrome in current clinical practice causes the confusion over the medicinal prescriptions selection between them.In view of that,the article makes an analysis of yang dei ciency constitution and yang dei ciency syndrome from the aspects of identification,therapeutic purposes and medicinal selection along with formulas;then introduces the screening method of the main medicines and formulas used in regulating yang dei ciency constitution.The paper provides a better clinical guidance in improving the precision of main medicines and formulas using for regulating yang dei ciency constitution as well as the validity in prevention and control of related diseases.
