研发外包是企业在开放式创新环境下,获取新技术和新知识的一种新型研发模式,受到学术界和企业界的关注,其中研发外包结构的测度问题尤为突出。本研究从资源、关系和知识3个维度构建研发外包的结构体系,并通过206个样本进行探索性和验证性因子分析。研究结果表明,该测量模型具有较好的建构效度。该研究丰富和完善研发外包理论体系,为企业研发外包的决策和运作机制提供科学依据。

英文摘要：

On the view of inter - industry spillovers of energy saving techniques, this paper explained the decrease of energy intensity in China. Firstly, we analyzed different spillovers channel and characterized the inner relationship of energy saving techniques between industries. Then we find the cooperate effect on energy saving between industries through spillovers. Secondly, we found that the inter - industry spillovers of energy saving techniques were active by grange causality test. Thirdly, we calculated the inter - industry spillovers of energy saving techniques in commerce industry chain. The result showed that back - ward and for - ward linkage spillovers were all distinct. This conclusion can provide empirical basis of industrial policy on structure adjust aimed at high energy consumption industries.
