通过规范分析和中集集团的探索性案例研究探讨了科学、经验两种不同学习模式在企业不同技术发展阶段的演化轨迹。研究表明,科学学习和经验学习在企业技术发展不同阶段呈现出动态演化的特征,从技术引进模仿、改进提高到自主技术创新的过程中,企业的科学学习和经验学习强度都逐渐增强。研究结论对我国后发企业实现技术能力跃迁和持续发展有一定指导意义。
Combining normative analysis with explorative case study,this paper explores the evolution track of STI(Science,Technology,Innovation)and DUI(Doing,Using,Interacting) learning in stages of enterprise growth.Findings show that STI and DUI learning have characteristics of dynamic evolution in stages of enterprise growth.The intensity of STI and DUI learning both strengthen gradually from the stage of technology introduction and imitation,improvement,to indigenous technological innovation.The results may provide a useful theoretical guidance for later-comers to realize technological capability transition and continuous development.
