英文摘要：

With the development of market reform and global economic,the outsource environment dynamism has been increased. How to make an effective outsourcing strategy under the various environments is a key problem. The relationship between the innovative （routine） RD outsourcing and firm performance is shed light on. The data shows that the environmental dynamism only moderates the relationship between innovative RD outsourcing and firm performance. These results provide good suggestions for the RD outsourcing strategy and decision in China.
