设矩阵A=A＋E是矩阵A的任意扰动，对A和A的谱的Eucid距离的估计已被广泛研究。当A为任意矩阵时，本文沿着2005年陈建新和黎稳研究的思路，得到了谱的Euclid距离的估计，推广并改进了已有的结论。

英文摘要：

Let A = A ＋ E be a perturbed matrix of the matrix A. The estimation about the Euclid distance between the spectrums of matrices .A and A have been studied extensively. In this paper, for arbitrary matrix A, the estimates of the Euclid distance between the corresponding spectrums are obtained by utilizing the idea of Chen and Li in 2005. The existing results are generalized.
