已有研究表明,可用性问题会影响用户的主观情绪,典型地如负性情绪的发生,但可用性问题类型及严重度对于用户主观情绪的影响研究则相对有限。为了分析信息系统可用性问题类型及严重度对用户主观情绪的影响,设计两因素混合实验。研究结果表明,可用性问题类型及严重度会影响用户的主观情绪,任务类、高严重度水平的可用性问题将导致用户高负性、低支配度的主观情绪;且当可用性问题严重度水平较低时,可用性问题类型对于用户情绪效价的影响更显著。因此,可用性测试中,任务类及高严重度水平的可用性问题应分配较高的优先级。
Existing studies have verified that usability problems of information systems would affect users' emotional state,typically leading to negative emotions.However,very limited results are about the effects of usability problems on user subjective emotions in terms of problem type and severity rating.In this study,a two-factor mixed design with usability problem type and severity rating as experimental factors was conducted to examine the above-mentioned issue.Results showed that the effects of usability problems on user emotions varied according to their type and severity rating.Usability problems classified into full classification(FC)in task component or with higher severity rating could lead to more negative and less dominance subjective feelings.Effect of usability problem type on emotional valence was stronger when their severity ratings were relatively lower.These investigations suggest that usability problems classified into FC in task component or with higher severity rating should be assigned with a higher priority in the usability test.
