采用两阶段培养驯化的方式快速启动以亚硝酸盐为电子受体的反硝化除磷系统,第一阶段通过厌氧/好氧交替运行方式富集聚磷菌,第二阶段采用厌氧/缺氧交替运行方式逐渐筛选以亚硝酸盐为电子受体的反硝化聚磷菌。经过约120d的运行,成功实现了系统的快速启动,且稳定后的系统具有良好的反硝化除磷能力,平均出水总氮和总磷分别为5.39、1.55mg/L,平均去除率分别达到82.5%、80.0%。
Two-stage cultivation method was used to accelerate the start-up of denitrifying phos- phorus removal system using nitrite as electron acceptor. Phosphate-accumulating organisms were en- riched under anaerobic/aerobic condition in the first stage, and denitrifying phosphate-accumulating or- ganisms using nitrite as electron acceptor were filtrated under anaerobic/anoxie condition in the second stage. The fast start-up of this system was achieved after 120 d, and the stable system showed a good capability of denitrifying phosphorus removal. The average concentrations of TN and TP in the effluent were 5.39 mg/L and 1.55 mg/L, and the corresponding removal rates were 82.5% and 80.0% respectively.
