常温条件下(20~25℃),以模拟的人工配水为研究对象,采用连续流生物膜反应器(在序批式生物膜反应器的基础上改造而成),通过调整不同膜片数,进水氨氮浓度,水力停留时间(HRT),和溶解氧(DO),来实现连续流生物膜的成功启动和研究不同运行工况下氨氮的去除能力。结果表明:16片膜时的氨氮的处理效果最好,10片、13片次之,并且在16片膜,HRT为4 h,DO为6.0 mg/L时,单位膜片氨氮处理效果最好,氨氮的去除效果达到了0.94 mg/(L.h)。
Under normal temperature conditions(20~25 ℃),taking simulated artificial wastewater as the research object,the continuous-flow biofilm reactor(based on the transformation from sequencing batch biofilm reactor) was used to achieve the successful start-up of continuous-flow biofilm and study its ability to remove ammonia nitrogen under different operating conditions by adjusting the number of different membranes,the influent ammonia nitrogen concentration,hydraulic retention time(HRT) and dissolved oxygen(DO).The results showed that,found by experiment,the ammonia nitrogen removal effect of the 16 was the best overall,10,13 followed by respectively,and when the membranes was 16,HRT 4 h,DO 6.0 mg/L,the removal effect of unit membrane was the best,the ammonia nitrogen removal of unit membrane was up to 0.94 mg/L.h.
