针对现行征地补偿制度存在的种种缺陷及其对市场经济的不适应性，认为征地补偿制度改革势在必行．并在简要评析目前理论界3种主流征地补偿制度观点的基础上，提出了应建立农地征购储备制度，切实保护被征地农民的利益．

The actual land expropriation compensating system must be reformed due to its existent multi-tudinous limitations and its inadaptability to market economy. On the basic of analyzing the three dominating thoughts of the land expropriation compensating system briefly, the country land purchasing expropriation repertory system was put forward to protect the commandeered farmers＇ benefit.
