蓝细菌是一种能进行光合作用的原核生物,具有非核糖体肽合成酶和聚酮合成酶系统,能够合成复杂多样的次级代谢产物,多数都具有生物活性,如抗癌,抗病毒,抗菌,抗原生虫,抑制蛋白酶活性以及紫外线防护等。这些次级代谢产物化学结构的高度多样性,使蓝细菌成为未来新型药物开发的潜在来源。本文综述了目前蓝细菌次级代谢产物的主要种类和每一类性质的化合物的生物活性作用机理,作用效果以及研究现状。
Cyanobacteria are a group of photosynthetic prokaryotes with long evolutionary history .They possess non-ribosomal peptide synthetase and polyketide synthetase systems ,which could biosynthesize a variety of complex secondary metabolites .Most of these metabolites showed biological activities including anticancer,antiviral,antibacterial,antiprotozoal,protease inhibition and UV screening activities .The high degree of chemical diversity in these metabolites made cyanobacteria be the potential source for new drug discovery .This paper summarized the the main types of secondary metabolites of cyanobacteria and made a review on the mechanism of action ,effects and research progress .
