目的对细节管理前移理念在医院中心供应室中的作用进行研究。方法采用自身对照设计。对照组为首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院2011年1月～2011年12月尚没有实施细节管理前移理念的中心供应室,以2012年1月～2012年12月已经实施了细节管理前移这一理念的中心供应室作为观察组。比较细节管理前移理念实施前后中心供应室的各项工作效率变化情况,并检查评分情况。结果观察组管腔清洗的合格率（94.33%）、棉布包装的合格率（95.51%）、包装标示的合格率（94.71%）、器械附件丢失的合格率（44.25%）、攒包的合格率（9.54%）,均高于对照组（59.21%、40.36%、44.25%、3.64%、3.24%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组主要去污区得分为（96.22±1.18）分,包装检查灭菌区得分为（96.56±1.27）分,无菌物品存放区得分为（97.86±1.24）分,技能知识得分为（93.81±1.29）分,满意度得分为（92.26±1.23）分,均高于对照组[（82.38±2.75）、（89.21±1.26）、（81.62±3.48）、（87.52±1.39）、（86.22±2.51）分],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论细节管理前移理论规范了中心供应室的相关管理。

英文摘要：

Objective To study the effect of the concept of forward lead details management for hospital central supply room.Methods Taking self-control design,the central supply room that had not yet taken the concept of forward lead details management in Beijing Ditan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2011 to December 2011 was selected as the control group,while the central supply room that had taken the idea from January 2012 to December 2012 was taken as the observation group.The changes of central supply room before and after the concept of forward lead details management was supplied were compared,and the scores were checked.Results The bureaucratic tone（94.33%）,the cleaning pass rate（95.51%）,the packaging pass rate（94.71%）,the pass rate of equipment at tachment loss（44.25%）,the pass rate of saving package（9.54%） of observation group were higher than those in the control group（59.21%,40.36%,44.25%,3.64%,3.24%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.In the observation group,the main decontamination area score [（96.22±1.18） points],the packaging check sterilization area score [（96.56±1.27） points],the sterile store score [（97.86 ±1.24） points],skills and knowledge score [（93.81 ±1.29） points],satisfaction score [（92.26±1.23） points] were significantly higher than control group [（82.38±2.75）,（89.21±1.26）,（81.62± 3.48）,（87.52±1.39）,（86.22±2.51） points],the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The concept of forward lead details management standardizes the management of central supply room.
