为研究隆朋麻醉与小脑内氨基酸类神经递质含量变化的关系。选取32只Wistar大鼠,随机分成对照组、麻醉组、恢复Ⅰ组和恢复Ⅱ组,每组8只;利用反相高效液相色谱技术测定小脑脑区谷氨酸(Glu)、天门冬氨酸(Asp)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和甘氨酸(Gly)的含量。结果表明,药物作用后引起大鼠小脑Glu、Gly含量升高,与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.01或P〈0.05);Asp含量与对照组比较极显著降低(P〈0.01);GABA在麻醉全程无显著变化(P〉0.05)。结果提示,隆朋产生全麻机制可能与小脑内Asp含量降低,Glu和Gly含量增加相关。
This experiment was to investigate the relationship of Rompum anesthesia with amino acids neurotransmitter contentin cerebellum in rats.(Method)32 Wistar rats were divided randomly into control group, anesthesia group, recovery from anesthesia Ⅰgroup and recovery from anesthesia Ⅱgroup. The content of Glu,Asp,GABA and Gly in cerebellum in rats were measured by highliquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection.(Result)The Glu and Gly contents in the cerebellum were significantly increased ascompared with control group(P0.01 or P0.05). The Asp contents in the cerebellum was obviously decreased as compared withcontrol group(P0.01).The GABA contents in the cerebellum was not obviously changed in the process of general anesthesia ofRompum(P0.05).(Conclusion)This results indicated that Rompum anesthesia might be concerned with changes of Glu,Gly and Asp contents in the cerebellum.
