Fangliao Yang, received the B.S. degree in Electronic Engi- neering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunica- tions (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2010. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree at the School of Information and Communication Engineering of BUPT. His research interests include information theory, coding theory and digital signal processing.
