Fangliao Yang, received the B.S. degree in Electronic Engi- neering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunica- tions （BUPT）, Beijing, China, in 2010. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree at the School of Information and Communication Engineering of BUPT. His research interests include information theory, coding theory and digital signal processing. Currently,he is a professor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering of BUPT. His research interests include coding theory and its applications, space-time codes and broadband wireless communi- cation. Since Au- gust 2014, he was a Jecturer of School of Information and Communication Engi- neering of BUPT. His research interest is mainly on the MIMO signal processing, multiuser precoding, decision feedback equalizer and the relay signal pro- cessing.
