XU Wenjun, received his Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from School of Information and Communication Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2008, where he is currently working as an Associate Pro- fessor. His research interests include cognitive radio, green communication, information theory and crosslayer resource allocation. FENG Zhiyong, received his Ph.D. degree in circuits and systems from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China and she is now a Professor in BUPT. His research interests include cognitive radio network and Convergence of heterogeneous networks. XU Wenbo, received his Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China, where she is now an Associate Professor. include compressive sensing and information theory. Her research interests cooperative relaying ZHANG Ping, received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), China in 1990. He is a Professor at the School of Information and Commu- nication Engineering of BUPT. His research interests include B3G and 4G wireless communication systems and technologies, cognitive radio network and broadband mobile communication systems.
