本文提出了从化石能源的源头、过程和终端三个方面分别探讨了高碳能源低碳化的途径。开发和选择适宜的原料和工艺,从源头上避免产生CO2排放;在能源开采、生产、使用和终端产品消费使用中节能降耗,从过程降低CO2排放;对不同浓度CO2废气采用不同的适宜捕集、利用和封存措施,降低CO2排放或加快CO2循环,从过程终端消除CO2过剩和累计。另外在生物固碳中提出了我国现阶段工矿企业利用农业异地固碳的低成本减排措施,解决以工哺农和“三农”问题,能够满足我国今后较长时间的减排任务。
In this paper,the low carbonization ways are discussed of high carbon energy from the fossil energy source, the process and the terminal. The CO2 emissions was avoided to produce through developing and appropriate choosing of raw material and technology from the source.The CO2 emissions was reduced through energy saving and use reducing In the process of energy exploitation, production, use and end products used.The CO2 emissions was eliminated superfluous by different appropriate capturing, using and storing of different concentrations to reduce CO2 emissions or accelerate CO2 circulation.On the side, the lower way of different fixation locations for CO2 was discussed in Agriculture by the industrial and mining enterprises in biological carbon sequestration.h is the effective solution to the three problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.The way can meet the needs of CO2 emissions for a long time in China.
