工业化进程导致的工业废水排放量与工业用水技术效率有关,为了量化研究工业产值、工业废水排放量与工业用水技术效率三者之间的关系,对数据检验之后,建立VAR模型,运用脉冲响应函数和方差分解方法进行分析.结果表明:中国工业产值、工业用水技术效率分别与工业废水排放量之间存在着互为因果的关系,工业废水排放量对工业产值的影响具有明显的时滞性,工业产值、工业用水技术效率对工业废水排放量的最大贡献度分别达到4.93%和12.74%.
The wastewater effluent resulted from industrialization is related to the technical efficiency of industrial water utilization. Based on Granger Causal test and ADF test, a VAR model was developed and the impulse response function and variance decomposition method were employed for quantitative study of the relationships between the industrial output, industrial wastewater effluent, and technical efficiency of industrial water utilization. Research shows that both the industrial output and technical efficiency of industrial water utilization are closely related to wastewater effluent, that the industrial wastewater effluent is of obvious time lagging effect on the industrial output, and that the maximum contributions of industrial output and technical efficiency of industrial water utilization to the industrial wastewater effluent reach 4.93% and 12.74% respectively.
