目的对荷叶中的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及制备型反相HPLC法分离纯化,并利用MS、NMR、单晶衍射等方法解析化合物的化学结构。结果从荷叶体积分数为70%的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:黄芩新素Ⅱ(skullcapflavoneⅡ,1)、粘毛黄芩素Ⅲ(viscidulinⅢ,2)、4-methyl-6-phenyl-2H-2-pyranone(3)、牛蒡酚F(lappaol F,4)、黑麦草内酯(loliolide,5)和黄柏酮(obacunone,6)。结论化合物1~6均为首次从莲属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate the chemical constituents of the leaves of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. and elucidate their structures. Methods The compounds w ere isolated by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and RP-HPLC,and their structures w ere identified by MS,NMR and X-ray single crystal diffraction spectroscopies. Results Six compounds w ere isolated from 70% ethanol extract of lotus leaves and identified as skullcapflavoneⅡ( 1),viscidulin Ⅲ( 2),4-methyl-6-phenyl-2H-2-pyranone( 3),lappaol F( 4),loliolide( 5) and obacunone( 6),respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1-6 are obtained from Nelumbo Adans. for the first time.
