对经过连续铸造、固溶和冷拉拔的Cu-0.85Cr-0.15Zr合金进行时效处理,研究了时效处理工艺对该合金性能的影响,并对该合金的时效动力学进行了分析。结果表明:Cu-0.85Cr-0.15Zr合金经450℃/3h时效处理后可以获得较好的综合性能,合金的显微硬度与导电率分别达到237HV和70.5%IACS。采用相变动力学Avrami经验方程来描述Cu.Cr.Zr合金的时效过程,得到450℃时效时合金的时效动力学方程为f=1-exp(-0.0063t0.8025),并作出了合金时效时的等温转变动力学“S”曲线。
Effects of aging treatment on microstructures and properties of the Cu-0.85Cr-0.15Zr alloy produced by continuous casting, solution treatment and cold drawing process are investigated, and the aging kinetics of the alloy is analyzed. Results show that a better combination of proper- ties is obtained after the Cu-0.85Cr-0.15Zr alloy aged at 450 ℃ for 3 h, consequently the mi- cro-hardness and electrical conductivity of the alloy are 237 HV and 70.5%IACS, respectively. The empirical equation of Avrami phase transformation kinetics is applied to describe the aging process of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy, and the aging kinetics equation at 450 ℃ is given as f=1-exp(-0.0063t0.8025), through which the isothermal transformation kinetics S curve is drawn.
