Environmental conditions influencing the white-rot fungus（Phanerochaete chrysosporium） growth such as glucose concentration, rice hull lixivium in the synthetic medium, temperature, pH, rotational speed, culture time and it＇ s varies groups were studied. The results indicated that the white-rot fungus growth was the best at the condition of 160 r/rain, 30 ℃, 0.419 mL/mL rice hull lixivium, 35 g/L glucose, pH3.5. The dry weight of the white-rot fungus attained to 4. 563 g/L.
