互联网已经成为企业和组织获取竞争情报的主要来源之一。然而,现有的竞争情报研究大都关注如何从互联网中获取竞争情报,忽略了对Web竞争情报的可信性评价问题。传统的信息提供者通常要求有一定的权威性,而在互联网环境下,任何人都可以是信息的提供者,权威性不再是必须的前提。此外,互联网信息通常缺乏严格的审校,从而存在着大量的伪造、错误、篡改等问题。因此,深入分析互联网环境下竞争情报的可信性问题,对于提高Web竞争情报的实用性具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了目前在Web信息可信性评价和竞争情报可信性评价方面的工作进展,总结了已有研究存在的主要问题,给出了Web竞争情报的语义和实体表示结构,进而提出了一个Web竞争情报可信性评价的基本框架,并展望了未来研究方向,从而为进一步建立实用的Web竞争情报获取系统提供一些参考。

英文摘要:

Internet has been one of the major sources for enterprises and organizations to acquire competitive intelligence. However,most of current researches on competitive intelligence focus on how to obtain competitive intelligence from Internet,but ignore the evaluation issue on the credibility of Web competitive intelligence.Traditional information providers are usually of certain authority.But in Web environment everyone can be information provider and thus their authority is not a necessary condition any more.Besides,Web information is usually lack of strict edit,which will result in a large amount of fakements, mistakes,and juggles.Therefore,it is necessary and meaningful to deeply investigate the credibility issue of Web competitive intelligence to enhance the practicality of Web competitive intelligence.In this paper,we make a survey on the evaluation on Web information credibility as well as Web competitive intelligence credibility.We summarize the major problems in previous works, and then present the semantics and entity-based representation structure of Web competitive intelligence.Moreover,a basic framework for the credibility evaluation of Web competitive intelligence is proposed.Finally,some future research directions are discussed.Our work is expected to provide some referential values for the advancement on building a practical system to acquire Web competitive intelligence.
