用纳米级吸附材料硬硅钙石,对焦化废水的氨氮进行脱氮试验研究,结果表明,硬硅钙石对废水中氨氮的吸附平衡时间为180min,吸附等温线符合Freundlich和Langmuir方程,吸附等温式为qe=0.4345Ce^0.3269和qe=0.0745Ce/1+0.0283Ce,1/n=0.3269,在0.1~0.5之间,可以作为焦化废水氨氮的吸附剂使用,计算单层吸附的最大吸附量为2.6357mg/g。当每100mL水样中投加量为2.5g时,硬硅钙石与活性炭对焦化废水氨氮平衡吸附量分别为1.35mg/g和1.60mg/g,对氨氮的去除率分别为45.55%和47.25%,两者处理效果的差异不断减小。
The test study of nitrogen removal experimental research was conducted to investigate the effect of treating coking wastewater ammonia nitrogen by xonotlite, a kind of nanophase absorbing material. Results showed that xonotlite could absorb ammonia nitrogen effectively and the adsorption equilibrium time was 180 min, Adsorption isotherm of xonotlite corresponded with Freundlich and Langmuir equation. The adsorption isotherms of xonotlite were qe =0.434 5Ce^0.3269 and qe=0.0745Ce/1+0.0283Ce,1/n=0.3269 was between 0. 1-0.5 ,so the xonotlite material could be used in the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen in coking wastewater. The monolayer maximum NH3 - N -sorption capacity was 2. 635 7 mg/g. NH3 -N adsorptive capacity on xonotlite and activated carbon were 1.35 mg/g and 1.60 mg/g and NH3 -N removal rate were 45.55% and 47.25% , respectively when dosing quantity was 2.5 g/100 mL.
