对硬硅钙石间歇培养颗粒污泥处理含铅废水进行了实验研究,通过单因素分析说明Pb^2+、二次粒子投加量及颗粒污泥量三者间相互作用的最佳运行参数.结果表明,营养液为100mL的条件下,污泥量为120mL、铅浓度为60mg/L、硬硅钙石投加量为4g的条件下可保持颗粒污泥的活性,铅的去除率较高,为连续运行的反应器(容积负荷为18gCOD/L·d)提供了工艺条件。
The experimental research was carried out to investigate the effect of putting xonotlite secondary particle to train granular sludge in the intermission process and removing lead from lead-bearing wastewater. By single factor analyses, the best running parameter was got among Pb^2+ ,xonotlite secondary particles quantity and sludge amount. The result showed that the granular sludge keep high activity and high Pb removing rate when nutrition volume is 100 mL, sludge amount is 120 mL,Pb content in the wastewater is 60 mg/L and xonotlite secondary particles weight is 4 g. It is technical condition for running UASB reactor( organic loading rate is 18 g COD/L · d).
