通过铅对颗粒污泥活性的抑制与恢复试验,分析了Pbn的毒性作用。结果表明:不同Pb^2+浓度所产生的抑制类型不同,颗粒污泥活性爱抑制的程度随pb^2+浓度的增大而增加,产气恢复所经过的时间也大不相同,单位微生物接纳的Pb^2+浓度越低,污泥越易恢复,时间越短,微生物对铅的毒性产生的适应能力越强。
The toxic action of Pb^2+ was analysed through the experiment of Pb^2+ against granular sludge's inhibition and recovery. The results showed that different Pb^2+ concentration generated different inhibition types; the inhibited degree of granular sludge increased with the increases of Pb^2+ concentration; the time experienced for recovery generating gas was very different from each other. The lower the Pb^2+ concentration received by unit microorganism, the easier the sludge recovered; the shorter the time, the stronger the adaptability of microorganism to Pb^2+ toxicity
