建立了轴承外圈对振动信号的传递函数模型,并用于研究外圈对轴承内部原始振动信号的调制作用及其产生的轴承振动能量和频率分布的变异。通过试验得出给定外圈振动信号的固有传递函数曲线,结果表明,通过对外圈传递函数的振动信号调制分析,有助于轴承频谱分析中振动频率成分的识别,还可以为轴承减振降噪及结构设计提供理论依据。
A function model of vibration signal transferred by outer ring is presented, which is used to study the modulation of outer ring on original vibration signal in bearing and resulting variation of bearing vibration energy and frequency distribution, and the intrinsic transfer function diagram is obtained for a given bearing outer ring. The results show that analyzing the vibration signal modulation of outer ring transfer function is helpful to the identification of vibration frequency component in analyzing frequency spectrum of bearing, offering a theory basis for reducing vibration and noise and structure design of bearings.
