建立了高速铁路轴箱用双列圆锥滚子轴承的拟动力学分析模型,采用数值模拟的方法计算分析了该轴承的载荷分布。计算结果表明,轴承承受外部混合载荷时,其受压列滚子承受大部分载荷,滚子最大接触载荷与径向力和轴向力呈线性关系,所有滚子的接触载荷与轴向力基本呈线性关系;在承受较大载荷时,列车运行速度对滚子接触载荷分布影响不大,可采用静力学对轴承进行分析。
A quasi - dynamic analysis model is established for double - row tapered roller bearings used in high - speed railway axle boxes, and the load distribution of bearings is calculated and analyzed by using numerical simulation meth- od. The results show that the pressurized row of rollers bears most of the load when bearing is under external mixed load, the relationship between the maximum contact load of roller and external radial and axial load is linear, and all rollers'contact load basically presents a linear relationship with extemal axial load. The train speed has a little effect on contact load distribution when the bearing is under heavy load. Consequently, the static method can be used to analyze bearings.
