Zhao Kai, born in 1973, associate professor. He received his Ph. D degrees in Food and Science College of Northeast Agricultural University in 2004. He also received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Heilongjiang August First Land Recalamation University and Northeast Agricuhural University in 1998 and 2001 respectively.
