利用分子印迹技术制备了重金属铅(Ⅱ)的印迹聚合物,并对其识别性能进行定量描述。以铅(Ⅱ)离子为模板,水杨醛肟为功能单体,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用本体聚合法制备印迹聚合物。结果表明,与未印迹的聚合物相比较,印迹聚合物对铅(Ⅱ)离子具有较好的识别选择性,达到吸附平衡的时间为40min,Pb2+初始浓度为10mg/L时,最大吸附量为949μg/g,并推测了该印迹聚合物和铅离子的识别机理。
An ion imprinted polymer(IIP) was prepared by molecular imprinting technology(MIT).The selectivity and adsorption capacity for Pb(Ⅱ) ions of Pb(Ⅱ)-IIP were studied.The IIP was prepared by bulk polymerization using lead(Ⅱ) ion as a template,salicylaldoxime as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA) as a crosslinker.The results showed that,in comparison with non-imprinted polymer,the sorption equilibrium was achieved in 40 min and the maximum sorption of lead(Ⅱ) imprinted polymer was about 949μg/g by Pb2+ was 10 mg/L.The mechanism for the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) on the imprinted polymers was investigated.
