本文采用案例研究的方法,对道德领导的内涵结构、道德领导与价值观间的关系、道德领导作用机制以及道德领导与员工工作态度与绩效间的关系进行了探索性的研究,并在案例研究的基础上,提出了未来的研究方向,以期对道德领导理论的发展和完善起到促进作用。
This article adopted the case study method and conducted exploratory investigation of the content structure of ethical leadership, the relafmnship between ethical 1.eadership and personal values, the influencing processes of ethical leadership, and the relationship between ethical leadership and job attitude and performance. Based on the case study, we proposed some future research directions with the aim of promoting the development of the ethical leadership theory.
