目的观察参苓赤丹方对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBil）及血清肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的影响,探讨参苓赤丹方的保肝作用。方法将71例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例采用参苓赤丹方,对照组36例口服复方甘草酸苷片联合茴三硫胶囊,治疗3周后,观察两组患者血清ALT、TBIL及血清TNF-α、SOD水平变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者血清ALT和TBil均明显降低（P〈0.05）;与对照组比较,治疗组患者血清ALT差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗组患者血清TBil差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,治疗组患者血清TNF-α明显降低（P〈0.05）,而血清SOD则有所升高（P〈0.05）。结论参苓赤丹方对慢性乙型肝炎患者具有明显的保肝降酶退黄作用,其退黄作用优于复方甘草苷片联合茴三硫组,这可能与通过降低慢性乙型肝炎患者血清TNF-α、升高血清SOD而发挥抗炎、抗氧化作用有关。

英文摘要：

Objective To observe the impact of Shenlingchidan on serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,total bilirubin（TBil） and tumor necrosis factor a（TNF-α）,superoxide dismutase（SOD） of the patients with chronic hepatitis B and study the role of Shenling Chidan in protecting the liver and its part of the mechanism.Methods 71 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 35 patients was treated with Shenling Chidan andcontrol group of 36 cases with oral glycyrrhizin tablets and fennel three sulfurcapsules.3 weeks after treatment,the level of serum ALT,TBIL,TNF-α,and SOD of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were observed.Results After treatment,the serum ALT and TBil of the two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the serum ALT of the treatment group patients had no significant difference（P〈0.05）.The serum TBil of the Patients in the treatment group had significant difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the serum TNF-α of the Patients in the treatment group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,while serum SOD increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenlingchidan plays a significant hepatoprotective effect on patients with chronic hepatitis B.The treatment group was superior to control group in the treatment of jaundice,This may be related to reducing serum TNF-α,elevated serum SOD of chronic hepatitis B patients,Exerting anti-inflammatory,antioxidant effect.
