以漆酚为基体,铜为导电填料,利用紫外光固化法制备漆酚/铜复合导电涂料,讨论了涂膜中铜的含量对漆膜导电性能的影响,并测试了漆膜的常规物理机械性能和耐化学腐蚀性能。结果表明,在紫外光辐照下,漆酚/铜混合物涂膜可快速固化。当铜含量达到45%(wt%)时,漆膜的表面电阻率为13.1Ω·cm,耐冲击强度50kg·cm。
The polyurushiol/copper composite conductive coating was prepared by UV irradiation and the effect of concentration of copper on the electrical resistivity of the composite film was studied. The physico - mechanical properties and the chemical resistance properties of the polyurushiol/copper composite film were also discussed. The results show that the polyurushiol/copper composite film was cured by UV irradiation in 2 rain. The surface resistivity value is 13.1Ω·cm and the impact strength is 50kg· cm when the concentration of copper is 45% (wt%).
