MOOC的发展掀起了高等教育改革的新浪潮,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。文章以大学职能为切入点,通过文献研究法和对比分析法明确了MOOC的角色定位,并在此基础上分析了MOOC的目标群体,提出了应对"慕课热潮"的多种措施。文章指出,MOOC承担着大学的文化传承职能与部分社会服务职能,主要受众是已接受过良好教育的群体,需将目标群体定位于兴趣爱好者和在职的知识技能需求者,期待理性认识MOOC并科学引导其发展。
The development of MOOC has set off a new wave of innovating higher education, and attracted wide attention both at home and abroad. Based on the university function, the thesis explicitly defined the role of MOOC through the methods of the literature research and the comparative analysis, investigated the target group of MOOC, and put forward some measures to deal with the "boom of MOOC". This paper also pointed out that MOOC should undertake the dual functions of passing on culture and servicing the community, the primary audience of MOOC should locate on those who have received a good education, the target group of MOOC should position on hobbyists or sitting demanders of knowledge skills, hoping to have rational understanding about MOOC and further guide its development scientifically.
