运用综合指数法,选取钢铁产业技术创新和绩效的相关指标,采用2000~2012年数据,对技术创新和绩效水平分别进行了测度,进一步运用最小二乘法,定量分析技术创新对绩效的影响,并提出相关建议。研究表明:我国钢铁产业技术创新水平每变动一个单位会引起绩效0.758个单位的同向变化;企业平均资产规模每变动一个单位会引起绩效0.076个单位的反向变化;年末职工人数每变动一个单位会引起绩效0.014个单位的反向变化。
This paper selects the relevant indicators which reflect the steel industry technology innovation and performance, and measures the level of technology innovation and performance from 2000-2012 through the com- posite index. What's more, this paper also analyses the impact of technology innovation on the performance based on generalized least squares, and put forward some related suggestions. The research shows that the change of 1% in the steel industry technology innovation will lead to the in the same in the same change of 0. 758% in perform- ance; the change of 1% in the average asset scale will lead to the opposite change of 0. 076 % in performance; the change of. 1% in the employees will lead to the opposite change of 0. 014% in performance.
