In recent years, our national security was seriously threatened by the frequently - occurring violent terrorist incidents, and immeasurable negative influence was brought to the people＇ s everyday life and the stability of society. The Ministry of Public Secu- rity sets Sinjiang as the main target to take powerful measures to crack down on violent and terrorist crimes. Many cities ＇ counter - ter- rorism forces are intensified. To comprehensively strengthen the forewarning ability towards terror and violence attack, our government carries out a new pattern, anti - terrorist universally. This thesis aims to summarize the development tendency of the counter - terrorism of our country, and analyzes the reason, and makes a research to the new pattern of anti - terrorism which is based on the warning level and aimed to crack down violence and terror attack.
