产品概念设计自动化已成为机械设计领域研究的重点。首先引入了广义定位原理和功能表面的概念,而后将实际零部件中表现产品形状、结构的特定表面抽象为功能模式,支持概念结构生成;将生物生长的机理用于产品设计过程,通过功能表面的分解重构进行产品概念设计;给出了功能原型和原理库的数学表达。通过工程实例,验证了上述理论的有效性和实用性。
The automation of conceptual design has become the critical content of the mechanical design research. The" Generalized Locating" principle and concept of functional surface were introduced . To support conceptual structure design of products, the Surfaces characterizing the figure and structure of a part were abstracted as a function model. By applying life-form growth principle into the design process, the conceptual structure of a product was designed by using the decomposition and reconstitution of functional surface. The functional prototype and principle set was represented by mathematics. The availability and practicability of the above mentioned theory bas been proved by a case study.
