县域村镇体系特征及其格局优化——以河南省西峡县为例

以地势复杂的山区县——河南省西峡县为例,分析了山区县村镇体系的分布特征.结果表明:等级规模方面,村镇人口密度较低,村庄分布相对集中,数量较多,人口密度由平坦地带向山区逐渐降低,西峡县表现为从东南向西北呈衰减态势;职能类型方面,村镇体系的职能类型呈现复杂多样化,综合性职能的村镇占多数;空间结构方面,村镇空间结构表现为“点-轴式”分布特征,平坦地带村庄基本沿公路展开,山区村庄主要沿山间沟渠分布,村镇体系在空间上表现为带状发展的空间形态.结合西峡县实际,从城乡规划的视角提出了村镇体系结构优化的思路:五级网络化村镇等级体系,四类职能协调化结构体系,核心引领、六极带动、轴向拓展、四区协调的空间布局体系等.

英文摘要:

Taking Xixia County with complex terrain in Henan Province as an example, this research analyzed the distribution characteristics of town and village system in mountainous county areas. On the hierarchical size, the distribution of villages is relatively concentrated and the quantity of villages is more, while the population density in villages and towns is lower. The population density is gradually reduced from the flat area to the mountain area, and the decay trend appears from the southeast to the northwest in Xixia County. In terms of functional types, it presents complexity and diversity, and villages and towns with comprehensive functions account for the majority. As to space structure, it shows the distribution feature of "point axle type". The villages in the flat areas basically spread along the road, and those in the mountainous regions mainly distribute along the mountains and ditches. The town and village system shows the spatial pattern of ribbon development. Combined with the practice of Xixia County, the optimization ideas for the architecture of town and village system were put forward; the hierarchy system with five tier network, the architecture system with coordination of four functions, the space layout system with core leading, six pole driving, longitudinal expanding and four regions coordinating.
